Common questions

The map is empty — is it broken?

Probably not. The Lisbon Metro runs 06:30–01:00 every day; outside those hours there are no trains and the app says so. During service hours, if you still see nothing, check your internet connection.

The widget says "Open the app and allow location"

The widget finds the station closest to you, so it needs location. Open meetro once and allow location access, then the widget will start showing nearby trains.

How accurate are the times?

Arrival times come from Metro de Lisboa's live data. Train positions on the map are estimated from those times, so treat them as a close guide rather than the exact metre.
